Noble L. Boykin, Jr.
Noble L. Boykin, Jr., born in Savannah, Georgia, March, 1954. He has been in private practice since 1981. Mr. Boykin was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia November 1979; Georgia Supreme Court; US District Court, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia; US Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; US Supreme Court; Federal Court of Claims.
Mr. Boykin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia (B.A., cum laude, 1976, and his law degree from Mercer University. (J.D. cum laude, 1979). While in law school Mr. Boykin was Fifth Circuit Editor of the Mercer Law Review, 1978-1979.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Boykin was employed as the Staff Attorney for the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia 1979-1981. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Savannah Bar Association, American Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers of Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been on the Martindale Hubbell list of Preeminent Lawyers and Best Lawyers for over ten consecutive years. Mr. Boykin was also recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine
in its edition of Best Lawyers – Personal Injury.
Mr. Boykin’s areas of practice include automobile, truck accident injuries, personal injury law, maritime law, medical malpractice, general litigation, and DUI defense.
Mr. Boykin’s is past president of Georgia Salzburger Society (historical society), is past president of the Board of Directors of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Coastal Georgia, and past president and vice president of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ascension, Savannah. He is also a past member of the Bryan County Planning and Zoning Commission.
